棲霞市美麗鄉(xiāng)村“百村示范”項目：打造內外兼修的美麗村莊

該項目是棲霞市“1+235”工作體系中，實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村振興突破的切入點，是“建設山清水秀的幸福新棲霞”的重要載體。莊園街道杜家莊村是美麗鄉(xiāng)村“百村示范”的典型代表，按照“一村一品、一村一韻、一村一景”的打造思路，致力于打造集民俗旅游、民宿、農家樂、觀光采摘于一體的“謙和好禮、古韻杜家”新典范。該村主要特點有以下三點：
This project is the breakthrough point of rural revitalization in Qixia's "1+235" work system, and an important carrier of "building a happy new Qixia with beautiful mountains and rivers". The Dujiazhuang Village in Zhuangyuan Community is a typical representative of the beautiful village "one hundred village demonstration" project. In accordance with the "one village one product, one village one charm, one village one scene" principle, the project is committed to combining folk tourism, home-stay, agritourism, sightseeing and picking in one. The main characteristics of the village are as follows:
一是產業(yè)興旺，生活富裕。杜家莊村成功領辦了棲霞市書彬果蔬專業(yè)合作社，建成紅富士果園600畝，暖冬櫻桃大棚3處和露天櫻桃1處，共300多畝，及50畝30萬株丹參種植基地，實現(xiàn)集體年增收5萬元。
First of all, the industry is blooming and life is prosperous. Dujiazhuang Village successfully led the founding of Qixia Shubin fruit and vegetable professional cooperative, built 600 acres of apple orchard, three winter cherry greenhouses and one open-space cherry plantation, adding up to a total area of more than 300 acres, as well as a 50-acre planting base for 300,000 plants of danshen, achieving a collective annual income of 50,000 yuan.
二是歷史悠久，民風淳樸。杜家莊村依托古建筑，以鵝卵石、酒壇石臼、盆花藤蔓等點綴物，將特色景點串聯(lián)成特有的古韻水墨畫，建成棲云草堂、杜家莊民俗藝術館、杜家莊印象手工坊，以及“長青井，傍石槐，狀元橋，雙子樹”等景，吸引了眾多游客前來觀光旅游。
Second, it has a long history and plain folk customs. Basing on ancient buildings, Dujiazhuang Village decorate itself with cobblestones, wine altar stone mortar, potted flowers and vines and other embellishes to form special scenic spots that resemble unique ancient ink paintings. Qiyun Grass House, Dujiazhuang Folk Art Museum, Dujiazhuang DIY Workshop are also built together with green wells, locust trees beside the stone Zhuangyuan Bridge, twinning trees and other scenery, attracting many tourists for sightseeing.
三是基礎扎實，環(huán)境優(yōu)美。杜家莊村通過美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設，全村街道硬化、改廁、污水處理和供水一體化工作均實現(xiàn)了覆蓋率100%。進行綠化3000多平方米，亮化1萬多米，村容村貌煥然一新。
The third characteristic is the solid foundation and beautiful environment. Through the construction project of beautiful village, Dujiazhuang Village has achieved 100% coverage of street hardening, toilet improvement, sewage treatment and water supply integration. Moreover, it also completed greening of more than 3,000 square meters, lighting of more than 10,000 meters, bringing the village an absolute new appearance.
