Longkou Yulong Island Refining-Chemical Integration Project (Phase I) Refining Plant: a Landmark Project of Shandong for the Replacement of Old Growth Drivers with New Ones
裕龍島煉化一體化項目是山東有史以來單體投資規模最大的工業項目,也是全省新舊動能轉換的標志性工程,由山東裕龍石化有限公司投資建設。其中,煉油裝置項目位于3號島,總投資約300億元,占地約3926畝,主要包括1#1000萬噸/年常壓蒸餾裝置、2#1000萬噸/年常減壓蒸餾裝置、260萬噸/年漿態床渣油加氫裝置等35套裝置。
Yulong Island Refining-Chemical Integration Project has the biggest sole investment among industrial projects in Shandong's history, and also the province's landmark project for the Replacement of Old Growth Drivers with New Ones, which is invested and constructed by Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Co., LTD. The refining plant is located at the No. 3 island, with a total investment of about 30 billion yuan, covering an area of about 3,926 acres, mainly including 1#10 million tons/year atmospheric distillation unit, 2#10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, 2.6 million tons/year slurry bed residue hydrogenation unit and other 35 sets of devices.
該項目主要有三個特點:一是可實現“柔性”煉油。流程中設置常壓與常減壓裝置的組合,既能適應原油輕重質變化得以加工絕大多數國家生產的原油,又能達到分系列開停工和檢修,配套下游兩套乙烯,可實現全系列市場不停供。同時,采用渣油加氫+催化組合工藝技術路線,成品油收率可在18~40%之間靈活調整,能靈活應對市場變化。

The combination of atmospheric pressure and atmospheric pressure device is set in the process, which can adapt to the differentiation of light crude oil and heavy crude oil, thus being able to process crude oil produced by most countries. Meanwhile, it can realize separate operating, shutting-down and maintenance, and can achieve non-stop supply of the whole series of markets with two sets of matching downstream ethylene At the same time, the process method of combining residual oil hydrogenation and catalysis, can flexibly adjust the oil yield between 18 ~ 40% to respond to market changes.
二是綠色、低碳,能源利用效率高。項目執行最嚴格排放標準,采用低碳環保的工藝技術,從根本上減少污染物排放對環境的影響。同時,選用高效、先進節能設備,并通過對裝置內余熱、余壓利用,實現蒸汽梯級利用,提高能源利用效率。
Its second characteristic is green, low-carbon with high energy efficiency. The project implements the most stringent emission standards and adopts low-carbon environmental protection technology to fundamentally reduce the impact of pollutant emissions on the environment. At the same time, the deployment of high-efficiency, advanced energy-saving equipment, and the use of residual heat and residual pressure in the device can help achieve gradient utilization of the steam , improving energy utilization efficiency.
三是優先采用自主化技術和設備,提高裝置自主化水平。項目優先選用國內先進、成熟的專利技術,包括渣油加氫、柴油加氫改質/裂化、重油催化裂解等,技術國產化率達到90%。項目常壓爐、減壓塔、丙烯塔、脫丙烷塔等核心設備均為國產,設備國產化率達到99.3%。項目的實施有效帶動了石油石化工藝技術、裝備制造、新材料研制等產業的協調發展,有效保障產業鏈、供應鏈安全。

The project preferentially selects advanced and mature patented technologies that are domestic, including residuum hydrogenation, diesel hydrogenation modification/cracking, heavy oil catalytic cracking, etc., up to 90% domestic technology. The core equipment of the project such as atmospheric furnace, vacuum tower, propylene tower and depropane tower are all made in China, reaching a localization rate of 99.3%. The implementation of the project has effectively promoted the coordinated development of petroleum and petrochemical process technology, equipment manufacturing, new material development and other industries, effectively guaranteeing the safety of the industrial chain and supply chain.
