Laiyang Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone:
Striving to be the National Agriculturally-Strong Town and the Demonstration Town for "One Village One Product" National Project
鄉(xiāng)村振興示范區(qū)項目，總面積35平方公里，轄濯村等11個村莊，6500余戶1.9萬余人，耕地面積2.5萬畝。
The project, with a total area of 35 square kilometers, governs over 11 villages such as Zhuo Village, more than 6,500 households and over 19,000 people, and owns farmland of 25,000 acres.
示范區(qū)緊緊圍繞萊陽市委、市政府“11349”總體工作思路和“一極引領、多片示范、全域推進”鄉(xiāng)村振興工作路徑，創(chuàng)建“六He”鄉(xiāng)村振興區(qū)域品牌和“紅舟逐浪，He舟共濟”黨建品牌，精心謀劃“一心、一帶、五區(qū)、多點”的總體布局，致力打造全省鞏固脫貧成果“示范區(qū)”、鄉(xiāng)村振興“先行區(qū)”、共同富裕“樣板區(qū)”和共享幸福“試驗區(qū)”。
Demonstration zone sticks closely to the "11349" working principles of Laiyang Municipal Party Committee and municipal government, as well as rural revitalization working path of "one leading highlight, multiple demonstration, and whole-area promotion", to create "six He" rural revitalization regional brand and "red boats with mutual aids" Party-Building brand. The project also carefully planned "one heart, one belt, five districts, multiple spots" overall layout, being committed to establishing a "demonstration zone" for consolidating poverty-alleviation achievements, and a "pilot zone" for rural revitalization. It is as well a "model area" for common prosperity and for sharing happiness.
2022年，示范區(qū)整合了4000萬元的銜接資金、爭取了1.3億元的萊陽市級財政配套資金和4000萬元的行業(yè)資金、吸引了2億元的社會資金，實施了總投資4.2億元的6大類38個重點項目，示范創(chuàng)建工作取得初步成效。
In 2022, the demonstration zone integrated 40 million yuan of bridging funds, and successfully got 130 million yuan of financial funds from Laiyang and 40-million-yuan industry funds, while attracting 200 million yuan of social funds. The project has implemented 38 key projects of 6 categories with a total investment of 420 million yuan, achieving initial results for demonstration.
2023年，在持續(xù)鞏固創(chuàng)建成果的基礎上，按照《萊陽市突破鄉(xiāng)村振興實施方案》和全市推進鄉(xiāng)村振興三年行動計劃要求，科學調(diào)整項目庫，確定了總投資12.35億元的24個重點項目，努力將“六He”打造成省內(nèi)領先、全國知名的鄉(xiāng)村振興區(qū)域品牌，力爭年底前在省內(nèi)率先建成位居前列的鄉(xiāng)村振興齊魯樣板，爭創(chuàng)全國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)強鎮(zhèn)和全國“一村一品”示范鎮(zhèn)。
In 2023, on the basis of continuing to consolidate the achievements of the creation, in accordance with the implementation and action plan of local government, the project has been reasonably adjusted, confirming 24 key projects with a total investment of 1.235 billion yuan. With great efforts to build "Six He" into a leading rural revitalization regional brand in Shandong and in the country, the project is striving to become the first to top the Qilu models of rural revitalization, the province before the end of the year to, and to become the national agriculturally-strong town and the demonstration town for "one village one product" national project.
