　　招遠(yuǎn)站 | “盛世智能制造基地”項(xiàng)目：以電子為名，招遠(yuǎn)加速由“材料”轉(zhuǎn)身“產(chǎn)品”

　　Shengshi Intelligent Manufacturing Base in Zhaoyuan:Speeding up the Transition from Being Material-oriented to Product-oriented.

　　盛世智能制造基地項(xiàng)目，被列為2022年煙臺(tái)市級(jí)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，是招遠(yuǎn)市致力于電子終端產(chǎn)業(yè)建鏈延鏈招引的重大招商引資項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目由電子行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)香港科盈泰實(shí)業(yè)有限公司投資建設(shè)，總投資30億元，分兩期建設(shè)。一期投資8億元，于2022年4月份簽約并開(kāi)工建設(shè)，同年7月份實(shí)現(xiàn)投產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)，一期占地31.82畝，建筑面積2.7萬(wàn)平方米，建設(shè)3幢生產(chǎn)車(chē)間、1幢辦公樓，新上貼片生產(chǎn)線12條、注塑機(jī)14臺(tái)、智能終端產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線3條。

　　As one of Yantai’s Key Projects in 2022, the base is a major project to bring in investment to Zhaoyuan, which aims at establishing and expanding the chain of electronic terminal industry. Invested and built by HK KYT Industry Limited, a leading enterprise within electronic field, the project takes in 3 billion RMB in total and will be constructed in two phases. The first-phase that costs 800 million RMB, already kicked off construction on the signing of contracts in April, 2022 and went into production in July. The first-phase occupies a space of 31.82 acres, 27,000 square meters of which is for construction. It now owns 3 production workshops, one office building, 12 new SMT production lines, 14 injection molding machines and 3 production lines for intelligent terminal products.

　　達(dá)產(chǎn)后，年產(chǎn)智能手機(jī)300萬(wàn)部，平板電腦200萬(wàn)臺(tái)，智能穿戴(手表)200萬(wàn)只，AI機(jī)器人150萬(wàn)個(gè),藍(lán)牙耳機(jī)300萬(wàn)個(gè)，年銷(xiāo)售收入30億元；二期投資22億元，占地77畝，建筑面積9.2萬(wàn)平方米，主要建設(shè)智能耳機(jī)車(chē)間、AR/VR光學(xué)模組車(chē)間等單體建筑9棟，引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外頂尖設(shè)備400余臺(tái)(套)。目前，項(xiàng)目一期設(shè)備已完成調(diào)試，正式投產(chǎn)使用；二期目前已完成投資8億元，9幢樓全部封頂并完成室外裝修及水電管網(wǎng)配套，已訂購(gòu)設(shè)備120臺(tái)(套)，今年3月份設(shè)備安裝，8月份試運(yùn)行。

　　By realizing design capacity, the first-phase project is able to annually produce 3 million cellphones, 2 million laptops, 2 million smart watches, 1.5 million AI robots as well as 3 million blue-tooth headsets, delivering an annual sales revenue above 3 billion RMB. Overall investment of the second-phase project is 2.2 billion RMB, which takes up 77 acres with a construction area of 92,000 square meters. The second-phase will primarily concentrate on 9 buildings, namely intelligent headset workshops and AR/VR optical module workshops, which also plans to import over 400 sets of cutting-edge equipment. The first-phase has accomplished equipment commissioning and is already in operation. 800-million out of the total 2 billion RMB investment have been spent on the second phase, 9 buildings have completed construction and 120 sets of equipment are ordered, whose installation is scheduled in March and commissioning in August.
